OK, So why did I make this page?

A brief summary will have to do for now. Stay tuned...

I recently received a spam from uslec.com which made uslec.com the top source of spam for me.

uslec.com does not honor spam report from SpamCop.net so I emailed them directly. They did not respond.

I warned them they would earn a permanent place on this web site. Today I received another, identical spam from them, so here's the post.

I will add my other favorite spammers to this page soon ...

2009/05/25 Received Spam Which Exceeded My Action Limit

They were previously warned of adverse action.
A complete and timely reply from managment may be considered.

• Yet another identical spam from Lunarpages.com -- the fifth this month.
• Lunarpages.com has a very slick web with with a strict anti-spam policy.
• Unfortunately it is complete bulls**t since they have done nothing.
• These are really slick hucksters. They just string you along. A Fraud.
• They are as fraudulent as the spammer.

2009/05/19 Received 4th Spam This Month

I normally act on baseball rules -- Strike Three and You're Out.

• Yet another identical spam from Lunarpages.com -- the fourth this month.

2009/05/15 Received 3th Spam This Month

• Yet another identical spam from Lunarpages.com -- the third this month.
• I reported to SpamCop and emailed Lunarpages.com -- No Reply!

2009/05/13 Received 2nd Spam This Month

• Yet another identical spam from Lunarpages.com -- the second this month.
• I created the most complete set of documents on this spammer.
• I opened a service ticket with Lunarpages.com

2009/05/05 Received 1st Spam This Month

• This spam from Lunarpages.com is using an email address from 2007/05/19.
• This same spammer was then operating as success.com
• I reported the spam to SpamCop and to Lunarpages.com

2009/05/25 --- I really hope I don't have to spend the hour or so to catalog and upload the rest of these documents.
If I do, they will pay a substantial fee.

2008/02/19 Received Spam Wishing Me Happy Birthday

This is after assuring me that my I wouldn't again be solicited.
ING Direct Still does not accept SpamCop Reports, but here it is: SpamCop.net Report
So, I went to their web site and found all the possible email address I could to let them know how I feel. Maybe you feel the same way.

• privacyofficer@ingdirect.com

You continue to abuse my privacy long after I terminated my relationship with ING.
You have been asked on numerous occasions to cease and desist in sending me email.
You continue to ignore my requests.
You refused to honor my modest request for $25 for all the trouble you caused me.
I guess I will have to file a law suit.

It is now quite clear that you are either totally spam friendly or ridiculously incompetent.

2007/10/01 Received Spam Which Exceeded My Action Limit

For now, they've been warned that this page becomes permanant soon.

More details later, but here's a quick summary of the issues:

• ISP does not accept reports from SpamCop.net
• ISP has not replied to email reports.
• ISP has exceeded my acceptable spam threshhold.
• Cannot find spam or abuse policy on ISP web sites.

2007/10/16 Received Yet Another Spam -- List All Contributors

After several warnings with no reply from the offending parties I've decided to list all the players who facilitate this spam.
Selected recent SpamCop reports are available above in the QuickLinks section.

Any one of the parties (vendors) below could substantially stop the problem.

While uslec.com is the primary source, the other vendors contribute to the mischief.

• uslec.com is the source of the spam email.
  This ISP specifically ignores SpamCop reports.
  uslec.com also ignores direct email to abuse@uslec.com
• theplanet.com is the primary designated host site.
  They accept but ignore SpamCop reports.
  They also have ignored direct email to abuse@theplanet.com
• dnsmadeeasy.com is the DNS -- Domain Name Server -- for the spamvertised domains.
  This service maps the spamvertised domains such as roundermail.com to the actual web host.
  They accept but ignore SpamCop reports.
  They also have ignored direct email to complaint@dnsmadeeasy.com
• domainsbyproxy.com is the Domain Registrar for the spamvertised domains.
  This service identifies the actual owner of the domain name.
  Unfortunately, domainsbyproxy.com does not give the actual ownership as required by internet rules. The spammer uses this service to hide and avoid being identified.
  They accept but ignore SpamCop reports.
  They have recently replied to my direct email to abuse@domainsbyproxy.com
  I have some (very little) hope that they may take action.
• godaddy.com is the actual owner of domainsbyproxy.com
  They did recently reply to my direct email to abuse@godaddy.com
  I have a high expectation that they will take action very soon.
  (Godaddy.com is my primary registrar and web host.)
